Using the site

africandundada.com is run by African Dundada Enterprises LLC, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. By using the site you agree to these terms. Be respectful in anything you send us, reviews you write and communities you join.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken securely at checkout. You get a receipt by email. If something in your order is unavailable, we'll contact you and refund that part.

Digital products (sound kits, ebooks, guides, software)

• You get download links right after checkout and by email. Each link works several times for a limited period; if yours expires, use Resend my downloads.
• Thunder Roots sounds are licensed royalty-free for use in your own music and productions. You may not resell, share or redistribute the sounds themselves, alone or in another sample pack.
• Ebooks and guides are for your personal use. Please don't share the files.
• Dundada Master Pro licenses are personal to you and follow the plan you chose (number of devices, personal or commercial use).

Made-to-order products (apparel, candles and more)

These are made for you after you order, so production and shipping times vary by item. You'll get tracking by email when it ships. Please double-check sizes and your address before paying.

Refunds

• Digital products: because files can't be returned, digital sales are final. But if a file doesn't work, is missing or isn't what was described, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
• Made-to-order products: if your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Because each item is made for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size chosen.
• Coaching: see below.
• Donations are gifts and are not refundable. If you gave by mistake, contact us within 7 days.

Coaching

• After paying, you pick your call times by email (or the booking link, if provided). Calls are 60 minutes over video.
• Need to move a call? Give at least 24 hours' notice and we'll reschedule. A call missed without notice counts as used.
• If you change your mind before your first call, contact us for a full refund. Calls already held are not refundable; unused calls in a package can be refunded on request.
• Coaching is guidance and education, not legal, medical, financial or professional advice, and results depend on your own work. No specific results are promised.

Memberships (the Dundada Tribe)

Paid Tribe memberships renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the members area (or in PayPal if you joined with PayPal), and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Member codes are personal and only work while your membership is active.

Partner program

Partners earn a commission on qualifying store sales made through their link, at the rate shown in their partner dashboard. Commissions are counted on completed orders, exclude purchases by the partner themselves and refunded orders, and are paid by PayPal once a month once you've earned at least $25. No spam: partners may not send unsolicited messages, bid on our name in ads, or pretend to be African Dundada. We may end a partnership that breaks these rules.

Content and the books

All music, writing, books, designs, videos and photos on this site belong to African Dundada Enterprises LLC unless noted. You're welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Please don't copy whole chapters, songs or designs. The free reading library is for personal reading.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site and products working well, but we provide them "as is." To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
