Not a Stranger Reading a Script

I came up the hard way. Refugee camp in Uganda, a new country in 1999, a classroom where I couldn't read out loud, years in Portland, Maine building my music and my community from the ground. When you book me you get a rapper who blends hip-hop, reggae and dancehall with East African rhythm, an author who writes about rising from nothing, and a builder who made his own books, drum kit and mastering tool without a label. And somebody who knows how to bring a room together.

Real Talk, Real Lessons

From Refugee to Entrepreneur

From a refugee camp in Uganda to an independent creative business in America. What survival teaches you about business.

Resilience: Keep Smiling

The two words my grandfather gave me, and how to keep your spirit when life takes everything else.

Building Independent

Books, music products, a podcast and a brand with no label and no investors, built in the hours nobody pays you for.

Four Simple Steps

01Tell Me What You Need

The date, the place, the audience and what you have in mind. The more you tell me, the better I can shape it.

02Get a Quote

A proposal and price built around your event or project, not a one-size-fits-all number.

03Lock It In

We confirm in writing and a deposit secures your date or starts the work.

04We Build It Together

Logistics, tech and timing for events. Files and agreed revisions for studio work. Then we make it happen.

Let's Build Something People Remember

Every request comes straight to me. You get a confirmation email right away and a real reply, usually within two business days.

Good to Know

Do you travel?

Yes. I'm based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and available for bookings across the US and worldwide. Travel and accommodation are part of your quote, so you see the full picture up front.

Do you have a tech rider?

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed I send a tech rider covering sound, mics, stage needs and visuals. If your venue has limits, tell me early. We can usually adapt.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better, especially for full band shows, travel dates and school workshops inside a term. For studio work and shoutouts, reach out and I'll give you a realistic turnaround with the quote.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit secures your date for events and starts studio projects. The amount and terms are in your quote and confirmed in writing before anything is locked in.

Do you offer virtual options?

Yes. Keynotes, workshops and Q&As can be virtual. Mixing, mastering, features, beat collabs and video shoutouts are all done remotely, so you can work with me from anywhere.

Are you available locally in Salt Lake City?

Yes. Salt Lake City is home now, so local events, schools and organizations across Utah are always welcome to reach out.
