Short on purpose. You don't need more information. You need a system you'll actually run.
Before the world tells you who you are, tell yourself. A two-minute morning sentence that changes your habits.
One move before noon that pushes your main goal forward and scares you a little. Sent, posted, asked or shipped.
Sixty minutes a day on something you own: your catalog, your book, your product, your list.
Everything that tried to break you is raw material. Three questions that turn it into something people need.
Give first, make one real connection a day, and audit who leaves you bigger.
Three small non-negotiables and one rule: never miss twice.
My grandfather's two words, as a five-minute night reset that keeps the other six alive.
A printable page to check off every protocol, every day, plus your Day 8 review.

New city, hard season, fresh start. Seven days to get your spirit and your schedule back.
I'm Mark Otim. Most people call me African Dundada. I was born in Pajok, South Sudan, grew up as a refugee in Uganda and came to America in 1999. I was the kid who couldn't read out loud in class. Today I make music, write books, host The People's Champ, DUNDADA Speaks, and built my own mastering software, Dundada Master Pro.
None of it happened because someone handed me a chance. It happened because I kept running a few simple protocols every day. This is them. My motto is Thunder Before Rain: take action before the results show up.

Yes. Put in your email and the PDF is yours. No card, no catch.
You get the Blueprint right away, on the page and in your inbox. Over the next seven days I send you six short emails with the stories behind the protocols. You can unsubscribe with one click from any of them.
It is optional. If you add it, you can get a text when new music or a new drop lands. Leave it blank and you will only get email.
Yes. The protocols work for artists, writers, students, founders, anyone building something from where they stand. The examples come from my life, but the system is yours.
