Who we are

africandundada.com is run by African Dundada Enterprises LLC (Mark Otim, "African Dundada"), based in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Contact: info@africandundada.com.

What we collect

• When you sign up for a free guide, the Tribe, the newsletter or a community welcome kit: your email address, and your phone number only if you choose to add it for text alerts.
• When you contact us or apply for coaching or bookings: the details you type in (name, email, message and anything else you add).
• When you buy something: your name, email, the items you bought and, for made-to-order products, your shipping address. Card and PayPal payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
• When you save your bag or are already on our list: the items in your bag, so we can send you a reminder if you don't finish checking out.
• When you write a review: your name, city (optional), rating and words (your email is never shown).
• Visits: our own simple counter records which pages are viewed, which site sent you, and a daily anonymous visitor number that cannot be traced back to you. It sets no cookies.
• On your device: the site remembers things like your bag, your reading progress and your preferences in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device.

Why we use it

• To send what you asked for: free downloads, order receipts and download links, replies to your messages.
• To send emails you signed up for: welcome emails, news, new music and offers. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To deliver and support your orders, including made-to-order products.
• To understand which pages and platforms bring people here, so we can make the site better.
• To prevent spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the trusted services that help us run the business, and only what they need: our website host, our email provider, our payment provider, the partners who deliver software licenses and digital files, and the partners who print and ship made-to-order products (they receive your name and shipping address). If you came through a partner's link, they see only that a sale happened and the commission, never who you are. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies and ads

Our own visit counter uses no cookies. If we turn on advertising measurement with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), the site asks for your permission first. Only if you accept does it load Meta's pixel, which uses cookies to measure visits, sign-ups and purchases from our ads. You can say no and the site works the same. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and you will be asked again.

Some pages show content from other services (for example YouTube videos, Apple Music players and Google Fonts). Those services may collect information under their own privacy policies when they load.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you stay subscribed, and order records as long as needed for taxes, support and the law. Download links expire automatically. When you unsubscribe, you are kept on a do-not-email list so you never get emailed again.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.
• Ask to see, correct or delete your information: email info@africandundada.com. We reply within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have more rights, such as data portability or objecting to processing. Just ask and we'll help.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We protect the site with secure connections (HTTPS), keep fan lists and orders in a private area of the server that the public cannot open, and never store payment card details.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be announced on the site.
