Lost your links or they expired? Enter the email you bought with and we'll send fresh links for everything you've bought.
Links go to the email on the order, never anywhere else.
Right after checkout your download links appear on the screen and arrive in your email (check Promotions or Spam). Lost them or they expired? Use Resend my downloads on this page.
Each link works several times for a limited period, so download to a safe place right away. If it runs out, use Resend my downloads for fresh links.
On a computer, double-click it. On iPhone, open it in the Files app and tap it. On Android, use the Files app. The sounds are WAV files that work in every DAW.
Check Spam and Promotions first. Still nothing? Contact us with the email you paid with and roughly when, and we'll sort it out.
After purchase you get your download and license. Install it, then rescan plugins in your DAW (Logic Pro, Ableton, FL Studio, Pro Tools and others). Put it last on your master bus and start from the genre preset closest to your song.

It's in your receipt, or sent to you personally within 24 hours. If you don't see it, contact us.
Apparel, candles and other physical items are made for you after you order, so times vary by item. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.

Digital sales are final, but if a file doesn't work, is missing or isn't as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
Before your first call, yes, for a full refund. Calls can be moved with 24 hours' notice. Details in Terms.
Joining is free: tribe.html. Paid levels add the members area, unreleased music and bigger codes.
Go to the Tribe page and use "Sign in". We email you a one-tap sign-in link, no password needed.
Cancel any time from your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments). You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Member codes work while your membership is active. Paid-level codes need you signed in. Contact us if it still won't apply.
